Pre-Designed Sports and Fitness Programs Available for Purchase
For those who prefer to work out on their own, K’s Body Shop has developed a variety of pre-designed sports and fitness programs that you can follow. These programs are “as is” and do not include additional coaching. Customers simply pay for the program of their choice via PayPal and upon completion of the transaction should get an immediate link to a site where you can download a zip file containing your workouts in PDF format. Please wait a bit for the page to come up from the PayPal check-out. A few folks have left the page too quickly after purchase and then don’t get access to their files. PDF readers can be downloaded for free from www.adobe.com. All programs include pictures and/or descriptions of each exercise; such as dynamic warm-up, cardiovascular activities and intensities, strength training exercises, stretching exercises, and cool down. The programs are readable on smartphones, tablets, and computers. See sample to get an idea of the format. Some are complete programs with different workouts for off season, pre season, and in season, while others may show several different exercises for a particular implement such as free weights or stability ball (see description for each program).
K’s Body Shop currently offers a variety of programs for different sports, implements and abilities. Individuals who will benefit the most from this option are self motivated, have basic training experience, are in good health and injury free. Workouts are available for free weights, stability balls, medicine balls, cables or tubing, plyometrics, different types of stretching, and basic balance exercises. There are also myofascial release exercises that can be done using a biofoam roll.
